What is online coaching?

Online coaching is nothing like traditional virtual personal training or fitness apps. You actually get your very own personal coach to work with 1 on 1.

Your coach acts as a full-time consultant for anything fitness related through 24/7 communication. You have the independence of working out on your own, but your coach updates your exercise and nutrition plan weekly, communicates with you daily, helps with accountability, reviews videos of your exercises, and tracks your progress meticulously in order to make sure the plan is optimized just for you on a weekly basis whether your travelling, stuck at home, or have access to a gym.
